Didn’t even know that the NHL was discussed here.
Been a diehard Oilers fan since the mid 90s (after The Glory Days of course). Needless to say that I’m on Cloud 9 and also subsequently shitting my pants at the same time due to the historic comeback and also the possibility of coming so close but coming up short tomorrow night.
I fully believe in the Oilers but weird shit happens in hockey in a one game scenario so…holy shit, please complete the job fellas, a loss after coming this far would be painful asf.
Regardless, pretty good year for me. Lions so close to making the SB and the Oilers with a (Panthers) whisker of winning a Cup.
It’s not so long ago that I was ridiculed for being a Lions and Oilers fan, they used to throw garbage at me when I left the house, but no more my friends no more.
