My brother and I were having a conversation the other day… and we somehow came to the realization that Martin Mayhew and Matt Millen helped personally end the only chance the lions had at reaching the Superbowl. In 1991. I forgot they both started on the defense that ruined the one chance we’ve had. Then we let them run our franchise into the ground like 20 years later. Cursed. Just an interesting tidbit I hadn’t really thought about before.

I am here to announce that all Detroit Lions curses including Bobby Lane’s are officially defunct and over. Shortly after the staff makeover and The Trade, I told my brother that the Lions would win 3 of the next 6 Super Bowls. He filed a restraining order later that day. It’s not easy being a visionary…
