Be gentile. Iā€™ve had about 2 weeks experience running this. Itā€™s been a learning challenge so far. Iā€™m surprised I havenā€™t screwed it up.

No worries. I did a similar thing in another draft last week. We just drafted the guys the other one wanted and then traded them right after the draft. No extra work for the commish.

It helps when managers know football. Iā€™ve been in leagues where it took 90 seconds for the 1st pick. Thatā€™s why, except for leagues on this site, I only do cash leagues.
