We should hire Mike McDaniel as a blackmail consultant.
Why do I think they are still trying to win?
It’s about the next 2-3 games…
Look who Pitt plays and they very well could lose the next two
And if cincy wins against the bears and the somehow beats Pitt to give them a two divisional wins, they are in the hunt still
So, if Cincy loses the next two… then they are in trade mode imho
The trade deadline will have passed.

But they can still pouch teams Pratice squads and such … I used the wrong word

.
Jaelan Phillips would cost the Lions $780,000 per game…
or… $7 million…. for the rest of the 2025 season.
.
.
Bradley Chubb would cost less than $74,000 per game…
less than $750k for the rest of season.
thanks to the Dolphins restructuring his deal.
Judon would also cost less than $74,000 per game.
.
I don’t see Jaelan Phillips as an option for many teams unless the Dolphins eat SERIOUS amounts of salary.
ah um what-I was thinking about moments that went too far for
Walmart-because that girl’s ass looks delicious !
something about Bengal’s aren’t giving up…or other??
We have two of the top 12 sack leaders both with 80 plus ratings right now.
We aren’t going to get anyone worth a damn for 6th. If we do great…. If not, I feel like we are just fine?
We are also on pace for 21 sacks at LB alone this year. We aren’t seeing some of that Barnes game plan we read about.
We are on pace for 56 sacks guys… 56!
We have had hella secondary injuries and just got Mac back. I bet we get 4 more tomorrow
He appears completely cooked… 8 games played 0 sacks and only 1 qb hit. We did have him in for a visit in the offseason. It appears we made the right choice not to sign him
He’s only played 160 snaps.
I only saw him briefly the other night…
he didn’t look terrible… but didn’t stand out.
Had a nice play where he chased it down from behind the play.
pouch teams
I like Pouch Teams. My partners and I once briefly considered “Clown Pouch Holdings” as a name for one of our off-shore companies. We thought better of it, but it was in the running.
With Miami cashing out their GM ahead of the trade deadline I’d like to think that we have a shot at one of those guys. It was an interesting timing because is because they don’t want the guy they just fired doing the trade deadline? Do they have standing orders to the interim GM to hold or to sell? Really interesting
Chubb sounds better. I dont think lions make a big move

You’d have to believe that if the new GM isn’t just a puppet, that he’d be motivated to ship guys out who are going to be gone anyway for extra picks so he can turn over the roster. Phillips would be my choice. Pressure rate is excellent. Probably take a 4th or 5th round pick.
Bears beat them they are 3-6
They should punt the season at that point .
That means they are 1-6 without Burrow
