The Lions don’t have a lot of open spots on the 53. There’s almost no point in drafting seven players when most of them will have to clear waivers to land on the practice squad.
So perhaps Brad will go for quality, not quantity this draft. Maybe he deems this kid as worthy of a lil tradeup action.

They have come a long way from when their job was simply to ring the bell at the camp signifying meal times. You probably light up just like Pavlov’s dog.
