The Lions’ new uniforms were originally scheduled to be released Thursday evening, but showed up online Thursday morning. The three Lions uniforms are Honolulu Blue, white, and a black alternate with blue lettering . The Lions will have a couple of different pant options to use with their new jerseys.

The name on the uniform looks high-schoolish to me! Programs like Michigan and Alabama would never put their names on a uniform. Imagine the Raiders putting their name on a uniform. The name takes away from the uni imo.

I’m just grateful for the block letters and numbers and having WCF and Lions off the sleeves. And proper silver piping, goodbye grey.
Nice, clean and simple and a return to a more old school vibe. Just what most fans were asking for. Don’t need to have a silly futuristic look, which was my only fear.
Well, I think I’m going to get me a Brian Branch black jersey. But I feel like he might change his number.

I think the “words or no words” on the front of the jersey will divide people sales-wise. I don’t think it will hurt it, just affect it when it comes to the consumer.
For example, I have always preferred the white jersey over the years. No particular reason, just think more blues sell than white and always thought they were sharp. But in this case, if the blue is the one that doesn’t say anything on the front then the decision has already been made for me. Blue.
Agree on the whites. And I like the blue pants with them over the all whites. The blue just pops in natural sunlight.
In domes, Honolulu blue doesn’t pop like it should because of the artificial light. I would hope Nike calibrated the blue to work with indoor lighting, it can be done, but I’m not holding my breath on this.
Oh, well. The unis are fine. Just win.

Right? First the state of Michigan takes their spirit three years in a row, then takes their uniform design. It’s insult on injury! 
Yea I don’t care either bud. But we won 2 playoff games and the draft is in Detroit. If you and I owned the team we’d be pumping out new jerseys too.
