Stop hanging out with idiots no matter what.
Lions were probably hoping he wouldnât get out on bond, or even if he did, he would be stuck in Florida.
I bet as soon as the Lions found out he was out on bail and was allowed to practice. They made the call.
I wonder if the judge would have given him an easy bail if he knew the lions would release him
There goes the ridiculous âpaparazzi monitorâ.
Kudoes to the Lions for enforcing zero tolerance policy. The evidence appears pretty damning. My apologies for indicating the Lions had âselectiveâ zero tolorence policy.
Wow. I now have an appreciation of the slow news days in the offseason.

If Arnold is exonerated (he wonât be) Iâll claw this back
But for now this is the worst Lions draft pick in my lifetime. Worse than Reggie Rogers.
While Rogersâ story was certainly more tragic from a human/societal perspective, that team wasnât going anywhere. This team wasted a pick on a high need position in the middle of a championship window. Absolutely awful.

Man, those 2024 draft receeps are gonna be lit! (On fire)
The Lions have probably voided the remaining guarantees (they did with Sutton), $4.85M depending on when the $825K roster bonus was due. Itâs even possible that someone claims him off the waiver wire (probably not), if done, the guarantees whether voided or not go to claiming team. Might get $3.625M of the signing bonus back (probably a portion of it).
If they void the guarantees, remaining cap hits will be $1,812,947 in 2026 and 2027. If the remaining guarantees are NOT voided, cap hits will be $6,662,882 in 2026 and $1,812,947 in 2027.
This is how I thought it would go. Even if TAâs fancy lawyers get him a great deal (which may happen), the no turds policy is still in effect.
Bright side:
Because of the (now) questionable draftees of the â24 season, we should have a block of cap room to spend. Or cash. Or however you figure and shift the money. You know, we donât have to âworryâ about second contracts for this group!
2029 Free Agency here we come!

This guarantees Arnold will be a future all pro cornerback probably with someone in the division.
Lions eating that turd burgerâŚ

Because we want them to, so now they have to.
Ben and the Bears seems most likely.

Jets will sign him once heâs cleared
This guy fooled everyone, and I mean everyone, from a character standpoint. Nothing but glowing reviews everywhere you looked. Sabanâs wife loved him ffs. You never heard a peep of character concern about him, and clearly there wasnât much to be found since we drafted him, and we care about that sort of thing A LOT.
Honestly weâve all rooted for guys who did some questionable (worse?) things in the past, back when the league did a much better job of hiding it. Roethlisberger, Ray Lewis, Jameis, etc⌠if theyâd done what they did in todayâs day and age, the culture probably would have forced their teams to cut them, guilty or not. Maybe even Kobe. And Iâm not talking about how any of them actually turned out, just the pure shitstorm that would have surrounded them.
