When you purchase tickets you agree to them having the right to terminate your tickets whenever they want.
All you have the right for is your money back.
Itâs like if you tell a friend they are not welcome back in your house.
You donât have to have a valid reason.
Itâs your house.
Iâve stood in front of a judge as a business owner with the signed invoice in my hand. Terms initialed on the the back, and, the customer didnât dispute her initials and signature!
âBut, yer honor! but. But. But. Yes sir. Yes, I understand. Where do I pay?â
The Lions are the 0-16 team that didnât sell out games that sent out an email that said âF-em Until Next Yearâ so yeah they have a history.
The Detroit Lions revoked the season tickets of a fan who got into it pregame
He was asked to leave the game later in the evening, which the Lions won 34-31 to improve to 12-1 on the season. Yousif appeared on Woodward Sports last week following the game to discuss what happened from his perspective.
This week, he received a message from the organization informing him that his season tickets were revoked. A portion of that email was posted to social media Wednesday.
âOur record that you are the licensee of the seats identified above. This seat is held under a revocable license issued by the Detroit Lions, Inc. (âLionsâ) and Ford Field. A ticket to a Lions game is a license to attend, which can be rescinded,â the message read. "As a Lions Loyal Member (season ticket holder), you are responsible for ensuring that you, and the persons occupying any seats licensed to you, act and conduct themselves according to the Guest Code of Conduct policy, which you have been advised of as a Lions Loyal Member. The Lions, Ford Field and the NFL will not tolerate illegal or disruptive behavior, which is contrary to our policy.
ââ--------
Its like the Code of Conduct here. These are the rules. You break, bye bye, at our discretion.
Oh, waitâŚyou went on a Lions Podcast and bitched about it? We thought kicking him out would get the message acriss but I guess not
Fork you letter loadingâŚsent and heâs done.
Not only did Turdy McDouchebaggerson behave like a boorish idiot, he then tried to get his 15 minutes of fame at the Lions Org expense?
Get bent, toolbag. Never come back.
Doesnt have a leg to stand on, heâs done.
Was this guys name previously Cat Stevens? Eh, seems like a few people have changed their tune on the the incident,
All I can say isâŚ.I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO SOME OF YOU
We were talking about Dan LaFluerâs behaviour not the fanâs, and you never seemed to grasp the distinction.
I was talking about the fans ACTION and LaFleurâs REACTIONâŚâŚthat blows right by your reading eyes like the wind
Respectfully, no way. Most teams have tons of field passes for friends and family of the players. They also auction off some of these, use them for charities, season ticket holder perks, etc. I live here in NY and the Jets auctioned a chance to be an honorary captain at one of their games - the Lions played the Jets that year at MetLife so I won the auction and got to be on the field with the players both for warm ups and during the coin toss. Literally stood between Mike Vick and Geno Smith with my hand over my heart at the 50 during the Anthem on the Jumbotron.
My point is the nfl is a money printing organization. The pregame field stuff makes them millions and millions of dollars (both directly and indirectly). They arenât going to kill that revenue stream just because maybe one time one guy might run his mouth. No. You ban the guy to send a message, and go back to printing money. Thatâs how it works my friend.
The can make him sit in the box, but he might take clothes in kelce @Davicus @stephenboyd57
