So on the road for games 3 and 4. Hopefully we open at home, and better yet hoping first 2 at home.
Preferably against Bears, Jags, or Commanders.
I want this team for get some wins right out of the gate.

I will take Commanders over the other rumor of the Bills vs Lions

I would have preferred the Bills myself. A national stage going against one of the best teams over the last few seasons. What better way to get a real idea of where the Lions are as a team.

I suspect by Nov 24 we will have a pretty good idea of where the Lions are as a team no matter who they are playing on that day.
I can’t see them giving us the Commies.
Maaaaaannnn…imagine being an opposing team having to come to Detroit on Thanksgiving (Especially if it’s a long flight). Start your holiday out by getting massacred on national tv, then having to go face your family after all of that humiliation.
Give Brad another year or 2 of building the roster the way he has been. We’re going to blow some teams out this year, but in a year or 2…coming to Detroit is going to be a terrible experience for other teams.
