Lions sign former Texans DT Joel Heath

Wonder what make them like him or is he just training camp body?!

He was designated a high risk and was allowed to
Opt out after the deadline last season.

He showed some promise in Houston but had some nagging injuries and never was able to put it all together before being released and claimed by Den.

He’s a fringe roster guy.

I like that they’re looking under all the rocks. Oh wait, that was what we used to say about Quinn.

Also believe all the main voices passed away already. Little girl who did one of voices got killed by her father.

This is a fantastic signing in its own way. Zero risk on a player that should be physically in their prime, NFL starting experience, there’s no downside to this type of signing. If it doesn’t work out, you move on.

He replace maybe Williams for like league minimum an we gain on wiliams like 4 million
