Hmmm… Why? Didn’t know that. As long as he laterals the ball before crossing the line of scrimmage I thought that was legal for him to run a route?
Maybe he’s considered as on the line and has to declare as an eligible receiver?
Goff is improving - this game gave him even more confidence, not just in throwing, timing w/WRs, trusting WR, trusting blockers, etc…he did the best I’ve ever seen him do in escapability and throwing under duress. Very, very nice, brother Goff
