I was a catcher from day 1 in little league… all the way through high school. Most umps are close enough to smell their breath.

I did this with my golf swing once. Got that driver almost pointing straight up and full extension at the top, then pendulum it down as hard as I could. Had that swing grooved, locked in…Just effing destroyed the ball
For 2 years. Then I lost that muscle.memory and that swing is still effing up my drives 8 years later, as no matter how much I try to get that club laid back, at the top I still reach up a little and pop my back hip up on the downswing.
