MLB World Series Thread

Boonie liked the Cortez/Ohtani matchup, which Cortez won. 3 player rule, BOOM.

Cortez hadnt pitched in a month…

It was a cool walk-off HR but a single probably would have won the game. They had the bases loaded and were only down a run. It would have been more dramatic of a HR if they were down by 3.

Edman solo shot gives Dodgers 1-0 lead in 2nd.

I can’t believe how awful Judge has been at the plate.

And Soto for as great of a hitter as he is, below average fielder.

World series isn’t over yet??

Ohtani hurt, not sure how serious looks like a wrist or hand

Soto is kind of a big bohunk.

Did he leave the game?

Ohtani injured… Hopefully Judge and Soto can get injured next

If just Judge, that might help the Yankees. At least when batting.

As much I want to pile on Judge… He has 15 career post season homers… My blue jays barely hit 15 homers this season…lol

Shoulder subluxation.

Trainer says range of motion and strength are good

Judge’s struggles during playoffs reminds me of ARod’s struggles when he was with the yanks. I remember ARod being destroyed and dropped in the lineup, was a huge deal. I don’t think they do that with Judge this series, but damn, he looks lost.

I just want to see Ohtani get a ring after having to suffer through all that time and Anaheim with that idiot of an owner. I’m not even sure why he signed with them when he came over instead of the Dodgers in the first place.

Then I hope him winning a ring motivates Trout to demand a trade, as the rumor mill is turning that Dombrowski is going to shuffle the deck there in Philadelphia

If the Yanks keep Soto. I would take Stanton off their hands. Move him to DH and give first base to Carpenter.

Fat Joe. That’s different. Very NFL Superbowl halftime ish.

Stanton will play 100 games. Max.

He is a walking muscle injury…35 year old Tork.

Soto fielding again. I might find him a different position.
