Mina and Jeremiah did a mock together and that is exactly what happened. Its when Jeremiah offered up the bit about hearing the Lions love Kadyn Proctor and he wouldn’t get past 17. They were surprised too that he fell like that.

Where do you see Barham? Strongside? Or stack? I would take that draft.
I think he’d be Barnes understudy and potentially his long-term replacement. Better pass-rusher, and good enough at the LB aspects of the position. I also don’t think he’ll last that long in actuality, but the DPR types can be hard to predict.
I’m all for a trade up for him if he makes it to 9 KC pick

Its funny, I don’t even know who I would trade up for. I like about five guys on a reasonable trade up. He is one of them, Sonny Styles, Caleb Downs, Bain. Maybe Freeling

I’d prefer Banks over DDS but I guess I would be ok with the value you got at some of the other positions. Maybe a B+

If Nick Barret makes it out of round 4 I will be left scratching my head. I saw SC at least 5 times this year and this guy was either in the backfield or holding ground against double teams. Did he like absolutely suck in the games I didn’t watch?

I think you’re probably right, seems like a 3/4th round guy to me.

I know, but that’s just them missing the forest for the trees. Too much groupthink. The same is true of Dugger, he’ll go a lot higher too.

I usually set it between 32-38… I do feel it becomes a bit more realistic, based on the rankings anyway

I haven’t tried it in a while. But teams drafting players they need makes more sense. It also seemed like the prime positions like OT, DE, WR, and CB came off the board sooner like the real draft. The RB, IOL, and safety dropped further as they normally do in the real draft.

I’m only posting this one to show what’s starting to happen above us of late, sort of interesting and speaks to @CuriousHusker’s concerns. If the whole world thinks we want tackle, well then what spots are teams going to trade into?
