We got lots of old records in the basement here… The issue is scratches… Those 70’s and 80’s albums are great but not clean records.

Let me guess you had a basement. Ground floor records don’t get scratched. Unless you’re a rascal.

What is the general condition of the records? Abused or treated with care? I had a cat that died by getting his collar stuck in a crank style window. He was never fixed and was determined to get outside. Anyway, the window was right above a stack of my records and the poor cat, as he expired, unleashed his urine all over them. They had to go right in the dumpster.
Their in great to good shspe. Some have the plastic still on them. Im learning some about them now
