Yeah but that’s the problem, because of the traits I think he goes in the 40s at the latest. So we’d either have to take him in the 1st, trade down from there, or trade up from the 2nd. Doable of course, but again we’re talking about doing that for a redshirt who’ll be basically 25 by the time he’s ready to play. And CB is notorious for taking a while, regardless of age. Again it’'s not deal breaker stuff, but it absolutely has to be factored in.
I’m not really down with CB early. Don’t seem like they are the best value /highest rated players at end of round 1.

Then using that extra pick + AG pick to go up in the middle of round 3 seems possible.
Or using 60 + AG pick to get into middle of round 2 another option.
Yeah I agree unless Will Johnson falls (though you should check out my Malaki Starks post). It’s just not my favorite class. Outside of Nohl Williams in the mid-rounds somewhere I’d rather take a punt in day 3.
BUT if Brad likes someone more than I do he could easily go that way. CB makes sense.
