In 2016 the Rams traded two first round picks, two second round picks and two third round picks to draft Goff.
In 2021 the Rams traded Goff, two first round picks and a third round pick for Stafford.
So to acquire Goff and get rid of him they gave up a total of nine draft picks.
Then won the Super Bowl.
That’s a pretty incredible stat. 9 picks, wow, including 4 first rounders.
Worth it.
Obviously.
Although I’m guessing there would be some here who you’d have to tear the picks from their cold, dead hands, damn the Super Bowl.
Scoring guys like Kupp in the 3rd and being smart enough to draft Donald goes a long ways in mitigating lost beans
This is all that matters.

Haha fair point. The Rams essentially used 9 draft picks, including 4 first rounders to trade for Stafford based on how Goff was acquired. And they won the super bowl, so that’s all that really matters.
