Stafford is very good at avoiding sacks as he did a few times. Jenkins had a free run and got nothing. The lack of pass protection is still an issue in what plays can be called and whether Stafford can get to the 3rd or 4th option and set his feet regularly. Lions need to set Stafford free for the KC game as we have to go for 35 to keep the defense from being torched.

All and all, Bevel scheme looks like a massive step up from what we’ve seen here since … forever? I’m impressed with what he’s doing.
