No matter what happens, I don’t get to complain…they replaced my least favorite…the gray pajamas…with the black alternate that has a flat paint helmet (which is something I’ve been wanting for a decade)

I don’t care what the team wears as long as they win. What I am a little, tiny bit worried about is that the uniform combo is getting in their heads, they’re a bit scared of playing in blue and silver or white and blue. The “we’ll play you in a landfill” quote doesn’t have as much punch if you add “as long as we’re in monochrome uniforms” at the end of it.

100% which is why I assumed it’s either all black or the blueberries. On the road it’s all white. They seem obsessed with this lol. Maybe if they finally lose a game at some point they’ll get off this obsession.
So you’d rather the Lions lose a game so they can wear a different uniform combination?

That’s definitely not what I said. My point was maybe they are obsessed with the monochromatic combos because of this winning streak. Personally, I can’t see them winning every game for the rest of the season. If they do - awesome. They can wear thongs for all I care if they win every game. But assuming they do eventually lose a game somewhere along the line… maybe that is what will cause the shift back to opening up the uniform closet a bit more.
It’s always wild to me how people can hear/read something and then apply their own bias to it, and then attach it back to you. My ex wife used to be amazing at that LOL.
Suppose i mean we can wear them if and when we don’t need to win

They have been practicing in the normal helmet this week. So no black berries.

I don’t think the players pick the uniforms my friend. I doubt there is a 53 person group chat where they all discuss what uniforms they’ll wear that week 
They do have a player committee that chooses the pants for the week. The jerseys are set before the season starts. Anzalone talked about it early in the season.
