Alright I’ll get the thread started a little early.
As we close in on the draft remember just how hard it is for these kids to make it in the NFL.
Odds of making to the NFL
HS Player 1: in 1,086,627
NCAA Player 1: in 70,147
Only 256 kids will get drafted this weekend.
Of those 256 only 150 will make it to year 4.
So out of all these kids sitting at home with NFL dreams, hopes and desires to become an NFL player. Only 150 of those kids will likely make it to a second NFL contract.
Let’s please keep the thread civil.
Don’t drink too much, don’t choke on your food, don’t get overly excited, or upset and please stay safe.
Go Lions!
PLEASE DO NOT POST THE PICKS BEFORE THEY ARE ANNOUNCED ON ESPN - THANKS
Incredible statistics.
What an amazing feat for these guys.
It really is impressive to me just how dedicated most of these kids are to do what they love.
Drafted or not, they should all be proud of themselves.
I think good Ol Arthur is gonna see what Brady did with a great cast of weapons and draft Pitts at 4 and give Matt Ryan one more shot. Cinci takes Chase, Miami takes Sewell.
Atlanta’s roster is aging and full of holes. They’d be smart to take a QB and start the rebuild. Just don’t think they will based on the $$$ with Ryan.
