I was. It was run by the folks that run my most prized fantasy football league. Football will go forth indefinitely as that league is part of the family’s lore. I’m the only non-family member in the league. The 4 managers that were the core of the baseball league all have significant changes to their lives that prevented them from wanting to carry forward the MLB league.
BTW, we really need to do a Den college football fantasy league. I’ve tried before. @Thats2 and I are in one and it’s a ton of fun and is really quite symbiotic with sharpening up your draft knowledge. You probably do end up skewing to your guys a bit but oh well.
I needed 2 strikeouts to pass the guy im playing this week so I picked up Nelson from Arizona who has been pretty descent this year. You guys will laugh at his numbers today.
I went in a totally different direction. There are rumors that the Braves will call up starting pitcher Didier Fuentes this week so I scooped him up. I really like him alot.
