Having made a career of being a customer service professional, I was taught things like, âthe customer is always rightâ, âfind a way to say yesâ, âcustomer service is what the CUSTOMER says it isâ.

It was 100% done intentional. The fact that Allen doubled down with the lie postgame is pure evidence. It was discussed pregame for Christ sake 
If Allen wouldâve mentioned after the game that he made a mistake, it wouldâve been believable. He deserves to lose his job. Itâs disgusting that this happens and I still full on support it. Wish I didnât love the NFL and my Lions so much.
