Hali out with an achilles. Sucks for the young man. Pretty much 2025/26 season is a wash for him.

With Tatum also going down, Clevelad being exposed, the Knicks changing coaches, and the freak being older than heā€™s ever been, the East is wide open next year.

i think the draft at the end of the week, we gonna see quite a bit of moves from teams in the East.

Yes, I was going to mention them as a dark horse. that was a very good move by a team that hasnā€™t made many risky moves lately. I agree that teams are thinking ā€˜now is the time to make a moveā€™.

i might actully tune into the draft even though we donā€™t have a first rounder.

Itā€™s usually extremely cheap to trade back into the 1st round too. Iā€™ll always watch the 1st round as long as Iā€™m a Pistons fan, because not having a pick right now absolutely does not mean weā€™re not picking a player that night.

I canā€™t remember what exactly we traded to get Marcus Sasser, but we didnā€™t have that pick entering the night.

And thereā€™s also a chance we could do something like what the Timberwolves did last yearā€¦trading some way out in the future pick for the 8th pick in the draft. Thatā€™s still the craziest draft trade Iā€™ve ever seen.

Him and Ja are still young enough, theyā€™ll rebuild around them. Tons of ammo now, Wells was a major hit, Edey looks the part, GG Jackson looked like a hit until the injury, Pippen Jr.'s good, Clarke, Huff, KCP, Kennard good roster depth with clear roles. Hell Bagley might even prove to be good depth. Weā€™ll almost certainly lose Aldama, but thereā€™s no reason to blow it up yet.
