Way too early to go here but it’s generally assumed that Gutenkust is a high end evaluator. If they make the defensive coaching change and it doesn’t pick up there should be very real concerns about his ability to evaluate defensive players. Or perhaps evaluate defensive players in terms of building a cohesive and effective unit. Again way too early but not a great first impression.
