The Broncos probably did that to get the signing bonus out of the way so that the incoming trade would be more palatable to the Lions.

Am I doing this right?

Well deserved, hell be a top corner for a while… Sauce will be the first $25 million/year corner next offseason.

He deserves it, hes an incredible CB

also Sauce is gonna get over 100 Mill now easy, that will be fun for the Jets.

Stop copying my thoughts :joy: must’ve beat you by a few seconds lol

I like Surtain, but damn, that’s an overpay from a team that’s going to be a basement dweller.
Carlton has to be in a darn good mood after reading this. We should be in line for a 3rd round comp if he stays healthy.
At these prices, we need to draft and develop young corners every year!

You guys think Javonte Williams is still the same cat? Looks like his YPC went down quite a bit last year.

Denver could be sneaky good, I think they push for a WC spot this year.

Honestly, first thing that came to mind

if Arnold hits to that level, (even if thats 4 years out), he could be getting Sun God Money

HIghest AAV before this was Jaire Alexander at 21 Mil per year.

Wait I thought the Broncos were in cap hell over cutting Wilson……at the end of the day if you want to pay a player you can.

Maybe.

AFC is really hard, the South has potentially 3 good teams, the North has 4 playoff teams, the East has 3, and only the Chiefs in their divison

Just tons of competion.

I think he’ll be better 2 years removed from that gruesome knee injury.

Chadavius Ward and Carlton Davis are both up for new contracts after this season.

I do think Davis, if he has a really good year might legit be a 1 year rental and we cash in a comp pick.

I hope so, man. I love his game. Hate to see a guy like that get hurt and have that be the reason for lack of success.

Agreed, I think Peyton is a great coach, they managed almost .500 last year… The AFC is a gauntlet

He is. He comes off as a jerk at times IMO but he’s a damn good ball coach.

Sorry, was never much to me, loads of hype.

I’m glad that Holmes is our picker…that’s for damn sure. He lead the NFL in broken tackles his rookie year and was Jerome Bettis’ing…but watching his hi lights from last year…eeesh.

I mean $24M/year still kinda pales compared to the top of the WR market. Sauce will be in that range and then… well I can’t really think of anyone else. Maybe Spoon or Stingley will get there.

Travis Hunter should definitely come into the league as a WR. And any athletic youngsters should play WR too.

I think Hunter is either WR only or he’s the NFL first Ohtani. In modern times at least.
