Bobby Ross quote. Just having a little fun.

Ahhh :+1: my long term verbal memory is garbaaage

To be fair I was taking you back to 08 lol…

It was like watching Lionization occur in real time over 15 seconds.

They had $70M worth of cap space.

That article gave me a good laugh. We suck. There’s been so much of it between now and then.

@BigNatty thoughts… :rofl:

Cried so hard it was hard to find a single joke in it. Daaaamn…the memories.
Lions fans are THEEE most loyal humans on the planet.

Love you loyal MFrz!

I don’t think he’s desperate at all. Not even a little…

They have cap space. They have a 32 year old QB with questionable accuracy. They have a stable of multi faceted RBs, 2 really solid young TEs, and if I were Beli-Kraft- I’d offer Detroit the #15, 3rd rounder and 2022 first for #7 and 2022 4th…

The QBs won’t go as high as expected. One at least will test and or interview poorly. Teams aren’t going to ignore the position completely and the desperately hope to pull off a draft day trade. So they will sign what will be an expensive contingency plan like Winston, Dalton or Newton and then see what happens…

#7 Lance
2nd- Wyatt Davis OG- replace Thuney.

They have WR, TE, RB, QB current and future, and OL solidified.

With the defensive signings they added significant pieces and get Hightower back.

Next year they have 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 4th…

Would be in position to be pretty good again.

Lions would have a pretty nice RG/RT prospect, a chance a WR or Parsons falls, or possibility Barmore. Still fill a BIG hole. Then have 3 picks in round 3, a second of course, 4th, and “3” first round picks next year.

I’d use rest of FA money this year on a viable WR and CB2 or A Harris-
