Please let this be made into a caper movie

Holy crap that’s quite the crime spree! Should have quit while he was ahead.

Let’s this be a lesson to all you degenerate gamblers out there:

He said his client’s robbery spree was fueled by a gambling addiction and a troubled childhood that left him homeless. Swab said Babudar is remorseful and has found Jesus during his incarceration.

Wow, I wonder what Jesus was doing time for?

Actually, finding a Jesus in prison is not all that surprising.

Definitely going to have to watch that

Very believable stuff… :joy::joy:

Defendant at sentencing: “your honor, during my pretrial incarceration I’ve been seeing the chaplin and have developed a strong relationship with God.” [Literally thumps Bible]
Judge: “well I’d hate to get in the way of that, 10 years.”

Would be funny if it didn’t really happen

I was going to try to make a funny remark, but it wouldn’t have been as good as either of these.

Imagine having OCD for your favorite sports team and then not be able to watch them for 32 years? Instead your Sundays will consist of getting your pothole filled. Over and over. Like Michigan roads, that construction project will never be completed.

So did he kill someone? 32 years sounds a bit extreme for robbery. I guess I should read it but I feel like that is excessive. But then again I think the prison system in the USA is assine and would completely overhaul it if I had a chance. And that discussion needs to be had in the non-football forum LOL

I wonder how much I could get knocked off my sentence if I told the judge I’d found Vishnu or Ometecuhlti.

Its 32 years total, but two different sentences. He is both being charged by the federal government for crimes crossing state lines, and then being charged by the State of Oklahoma for the robbery that occurred in Tulsa. The reason the sentence is so high is because it was armed robbery and he pointed a weapon at a teller. The sentences were set to be consecutive, so as soon as he is done at the SuperMax prison in Colorado, he will be sent to Oklahoma as I understand it.

He stole from banks. It’s worse than murder in the eye’s of the Masters of the Universe. Money is their life.

If we ever have a military draft I’m using my Pastafarian observance for deferment purposes.
