So you are not worried about state actors (Foreign countries) attacking the Crypto monetary system?
I can tell you that NSA had super computer capability (the original Crays) 20 years before they were available to industry. The same will be or probably is true right now, governments (like the U.S. and especially China) will have access to this technology way before you see it available to industry.

Yes, I went into Cardano about 5 years ago. The thinking was, Cardano, the way it was designed, used much less energy than BTC and such. That sounded good to me, but it has continued to sink like the rest.

Yes, places like Iowa and Nebraska have risen quite a bit over the last year. Colorado has seen housing price decreases. The opposite of the Covid years.
I’m old school-■■■■ that BC/Crypto stuff, one day, we may all be using it like nothing-because that’s all we have. but right now, you have two choices: A. Stay using the remaining paper and coin system we have had since the 1800’s, OR , start playing in the Crypto Currency.
I sold all of my oil and energy stocks today. I’m taking my profits now. It’s been a good run.
Then I bought two PUTS that expire on 4/26.
Trying to catch the profit as energy stocks now decline. I should have done this yesterday.

Same, though I’ve been holding mine for years. Some big losses to go with some decent gains. Glad to have them out of my portfolio, as I don’t see the political environment being any more favorable for them in the foreseeable future than it is at this moment right now.

Cant talk about that here. Suffice it to say, my investing style is to use volatility to my advantage. The market will be down large today. I plan on selling PUTS today on good companies that will rebound in 30 to 45 days.
