Mayock is DONE…He pulled the Quinn " I watched more tape on this guy" routine except for vetting his character, and said he was OK w it because he fit our evaluation and system so well.
Train wreck between he and Gruden and it was not hard to see coming

It will probably never be told… but I would love to know how many of those picks involved Grudwn and swinging-the-big-dick-final-say-card to override Mayock.
And… conversely… how many of those picks were Mayock’s idea that Gruden caved into taking.
