Good

Agreed

So probably get him and Hutch from IR assuming super bowl?

Rake seems like possibly divisional, most definitely Championship game

Have a feeling Rake & Kindle gonna do the damn thing for us.

Arnold
Amik
Branch
Kerby
Iffy
Kindle
Rake

I ■■■■ with that

Jack & Alex and JRM sprinkled in at LB.

Our back end is still amazing despite the injuries all season

If nothing else he’s willing on ST and a guy that can get in Dime package if need be.

Need him healthy now that CD3, Dorsey, and Moseley won’t be back at all.

Our gunners have been dog doo since Dorsey has been out. Hopefully Rake can contribute there. He did a decent job of beating his man in the preseason as a gunner, but had issues with situational awareness when downing the ball. Not surprising since it’s new to him but I’d expect him to get better with more reps.

Does anyone have any reasonable expectations for Rakestraw?
I mean, we really didn’t see him get many defensive reps. I’m expecting him to play similarly to Khalil Dorsey: Special teams and last resort starter.

He basically hasn’t played this year as a rookie. Getting thrown into the fire in the playoffs I doubt. Probably more special teams and depth

I am just happy whenever we have a chance to add someone whose name was on the roster at the beginning of the season.

In terms of depth and ST, im glad hes back, need as much help as we can

i dont expect much from him atm as a starter, but next year he could be very good

really depends if CD3 comes back or not.

He’s a rookie draft pick that needs developement. Being on the team and experiencing playoff football has to be good for him. I’m sure the hope is for him to be part of our future. ‘Teams’ is important to the Lions too, so whatever he can contribute and learn at the same time.

He’s also more talented than some above him and if injuries happen, we have a talent to backfill with. Lacking experience yes, but the skills are there.

Remember in camp he was a ballhawk turnover machine that played super sticky

Lots of draftnics pegged him as our first round pick. Not saying he will be a difference maker this playoff run but nice to have that depth back
