Used to live just North of Murfreesboro… Took 231 and 266 to Smyrna. Area is booming! We sold prior to the 2016 elections in fear of a market crash, broke even… Since then, our neighbors down there said the ones that bought our house made over 100k selling it roughly a year after the election… Sucks!
