We have an Ispring.
So is it a countertop model and do you recommend it?
We like it. the water taste good it removes the fluoride, but it goes under the sink not a countertop one. I would recommend it though. One of the best things we did for our health.
It’s actually kind of crazy the way drinking water is now. From the tap city water it’s filled with crap you don’t need and then bottled purified Water is one of the worst things you can drink.
I do most of the shopping for our house and I buy organic too, but I generally follow the advice in this list. It makes sense to me. I buy conventional when the toxin level is low.

These products here, I always buy organic.
I also use the dirty dozen list. Basically, if I eat the skin I try to buy organic. Also organic with milk and organic/pasture raised eggs. Both of these for the superior/fresher taste as much as avoiding pesticide. Meat sometimes, although I fail more. Breads etc. is where I find it hardest. Sometimes whole wheat has more pesticide because the husk is still on even organic. I found take and bake sourdough that was the easiest to buy at the Publix bakery that was their organic label.
