I really hated this guy in my childhood and teen life, for he always beat the Lions. Either him or Tark, EVERY DAMN time.
With that being said, he has led a great life and had no idea the Nerf football was his gimmick. I sir, salute you!

The NERF Turbo balls were the goat for playing 2 hand touch
Did this warrant a new thread? Perhaps not. Just a little insight to my youth because Freddie was my very first sports villain. Can’t pinpoint the game, but its there…somewhere.
I loved the Turbo. I had a crappy arm and I could still hurl that thing 40 yards.
We were out playing 2 hand touch with a NERF Turbo. This chick ran outside excited because her uncle had stopped by and handed her an official NFL football to play with (her uncle was an active NFL defensive back at the time). We tried to play with it, but it wasnt fun at the time. We quickly put the official NFL ball to the side and resumed playing with the NERF Turbo.

I hear ya Bitter… Cox, Foreman, Fran (oh, how I hated Tark) the TE (I can’t remember his name off the top of my head), the People Eaters, hell, I hated the whole dam bunch of em! We could never beat Bud Grant, even 1970, we went 10-4 that Year and two of those losses came at the hands of the Viqueens that just so happened to be sandwiched around a loss to N.O. and the infamous Tom Dempsey record setting kick.
