Winter is taking it’s toll up here. Been down in the single digits or below for quite some time, and the snow doesn’t stop. Nothing major, but just 3-5 every day and night. Adds up quick.
We need some sun, and 30 will feel like a heatwave.

Temps are dropping, and so are iguanas! ! Much like many Floridians, iguanas can’t stand the cold (Literally.) !If you’re in South or SW FL, a new Executive Order allows people to remove these invasive reptiles from your property and bring them to one of five designated FWC offices Feb. 1 & 2 – no permit required!

Lots of iguanas down here in CR, but not many where I am now.
A neighbor did approach me this morning to say he saw me walking at night and that I need to be careful because there are pit vipers about. Los terciopelos. I sometimes forget where I’m living and don’t give things like this a second thought. I’ve encountered them before on the road. Need to keep that in mind.

One thing i HATE about the cold air.
Its dense.
i am technician for a Natural Gas company.
One of the factories in our area let out a BUNCH of gas turning on one of their machines.
Cold dense air prevents the gas from dissipating.
Got calls for gas order outside in a 15mile radius around the facility.

Because yea we are required to check inside meters yearly. No thank you.

They come every 3 years, under penalty of shut off. Pretty sure they’re not shutting off my meter in the middle of winter due to no safety inspection though 
If the Federal auditor is telling then they have to they will.
Inspections are federally regulated. And must be done or the company gets massive fines.
So they might shut you off. But there is like a 3month leniency window.
Ie if its required every 3 years. Meaning it must be done every 36-39 months. If its not done by the end of month 39. Thats whrn the issues start
