The bigger issue is that Flores is doing one of the greatest defensive coordinator magic shows I’ve ever seen. McDonald has been amazing in Baltimore too but Flores is making some amazing chicken salad out of chicken shit.
That dude is such a great coach. He gets in the right situation and Flores is Mike Tomlin 2.0 IMO. Raiders should be all about that but the New England ties will likely scare them off.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing that the Lions have to earn the division. It’ll have them more battle tested going into the playoffs if they do win the division.
This makes the Chargers game even bigger now. 7-2 going into home games against the Bears and Packers looks good if they can get there. 6-3 and the pressure is really on being only half a game up.
