Now has us with picks 11 and 14
Drafting Joey Porter CB
Michael Mayer TE
Man considering the way our WRs are dropping like flies Id rather see us draft another WR over a TE there

No more TEs before round 3!!!
Mitchell I thought was solid from what I saw. We don’t need a game breaking TE, we need a game breaking WR which I hope Jamo is.
Then defense defense defense. DT, DL and secondary
I would hate it if we took a WR in the top two rounds. St Brown is due to get paid in a year or so and assuming Jameson pans out he will be right behind him. Reynolds and Raymond are both back and they make solid depth. We need a Marvin Jones Type veteran to add to the group, IMO.
I would also be pissed if we draft another TE high. The value just isn’t there unless he is an all pro type player.
#11 & #13 takes us out of “Big Boy” territory. But trade down options open up.
Though we have enough ammo to trade up too. Trade up for Anderson or Carter?
Rather have two bodies (potentially more) than one, at this stage.
Holmes has done really well in the draft. I’d trust him to hit on those 1st rounders without trading up.
Right in the Tuli Tuipulotu and Joey Porter range.
This would work also.
I hear that… I really liked Sauce Gardner last year and I think another top tier CB would do wonders for our defense.
A starting secondary of Okudah, jacobs and rookie CB, along with a big DT, and then reinforce those positions through the draft. Pick up a WR and a RB along the way.
That is assuming we don’t go for a QB. Or it could I guess, just push the other positions down if we go for a QB.
Oh man that TE in round 1. I just had dinner. Not cool.
I agree with taking a CB. For the Rams pick, available on their board is
Isiah Foskey DE 6’5” 260
Tyree Wilson DE 6’6” 275
Trenton Simpson LB/Edge 6’3” 225
Mayer is a beast no doubt but man oh man would there be a meltdown, and rightfully so, if they took another first round TE.
Tuli is a day 2 prospect on pretty much everything I’ve seen. I like his production, but the hype is definitely not there yet.
I’ve been watching LB’s a lot and can’t make up my mind on which one I like best.
So much depends on who our DC is next season and what defense we will be running.
Well look a little more just seen 2 boards were he was 20 and 28. I’ll bet you he keep moving up before the draft. He will be a 1st Rd pic.
BIG BOARD PREVIEW: FANSPEAK - JAKE RIGDON
Ranking Position Player School
Most don’t have Drew Sanders in the 1st either and I’ll bet he goes in the first also.
Under the radar LB, Nick Herbig, Wisconsin.
2021…61 tackles, 40 solo, 9 sacks, 1 FF, 1 FR, 4 pd
2022…42 tackles, 29 solo, 11 sacks, 2 FF, 2 PD
3rd Round
That Rams implosion has to be coming soon. This is not a team that celebrates their first victory of the season in week 12 like they just won the Superbowl. I’m expecting the nasty to start this week if it hasn’t already.
Its weird to me how little modern NFL teams value the LB position. Having smart, rangy LBs is one of the most annoying ■■■■■■■ things to deal with as an offense. You think you have a play dialed in and some asshole makes a play on it. ■■■■■■■ dickhead.
Sorry, I’m venting.
Michael Mayer is terrific but I don’t think we prioritize TE like that.
