Decker's contract details

Pretty similar to the structure of the contracts that they’ve done for Sewell, Goff and ARSB. Cash flow is fairly ratable. Low initial year cap hit, large cap hits over final 3yrs of contract plus one void year to help mitigate the cap charges. This puts the Lions at $43M under the cap, probably use at least $13M for practice squad and in-season moves, so they will roll over a significant amount to 2025. Do McNeil this year as well???
