What we need more than anything this year is health.

Agreed.

I think number 2 on that list is better scheme / play calling.

The player / personnel side has improved (and will more after the draft), but I think that translating into wins will require the health and scheme to improve similarly.

I really think Frazier is going to surprise alot of people. Where he ends up, I’m not sure - he’s so versatile. Best chances are either LG or RT. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if he beats out Mahogs and/or Borom.

I love Frazier too. I would not pass on drafting an OT if the value is there but I ain’t reachin’ for one now either.

I think 1st rd. is the most likely place to grab an OT but not the only place.

I think this is an underrated need as well. Alim and Levi are both 3 techs. We lost Reader and Lopez, both NTs. The Lions need another playable NT. My guess is they have a couple circled as options for after the draft tho so I’m not too worried about it.

And safety. IF Joseph is as injured as we all think, there’s no replacement for that guy. He was the eraser. Our backbone

I agree. We did good to add depth to eat snaps at safety, but you can’t replace Kerby. He just seems so important to this defense. It really feels like it’s Hutch, Campbell and Kerby as our most important defenders.

Do we though? Captain Jack is amazing, but outside of him it’s all JAGS. If Campbell ever got hurt our LB room would instantly be one of the worst units in the league. I feel the Lions know this and either draft a guy a little higher than expected, or they have someone in mind they’ll sign in FA after the draft if no LB targets fall to them.
