That was a 3rd rd pick. I would have started the center run

Braisfield or however you spell it would have been my pick..

Reminds me of a song my father loves…

“I’m in a hurry to get things done so I rush and rush until lifes no fun. All I really want to do is live and die but I’m in a hurry and I don’t know why”

Lew was the guy i was targeting till he was snagged.

I am not mad at you. I have run it before and you are doing a good job. I just wished i had gotten the vet wait like some others have gotten. Been here a long time and have never missed a pick over the years. I am just not as memorable as some other posters or post as much.. heck past years i have had to cover for many extra teams.

Yeah that’s fair, but this wait is for someone who got skipped the first time through as well. There’s been a pretty hard time limit on everyone thus far.

I had pick 7&71 so a long wait between picks

ive been sticking with one because there have been times where weve waited days for a pick before, have stated though that people can send me lists of players they want at their pick if they are busy etc. Tried to find a middle ground, and been a bit more lax mainly cause im busy. Im reeling it back a bit because i think were going a bit too fast and i prolly was being a bit more strict on the time limit.

Im sorry man, i prolly should have given more time, and its something im gonna do more going forward.

Everyone should be thankful Blizer is running this because I’d give you all 3 hours as outlined in the original post and make the picks for you if you didn’t have a list submitted the second your 3 hours hit because I don’t babysit other adults after rules have been established. Either you care enough about making the pick to make sure you have a list in if you might not be around or you don’t care enough that you make the pick and I make the pick for you.

IMO, stick to a time limit (without exceptions other than you not being around to make the pick) or get rid of it altogether. Waiting 8 hours for one guy and only 4 for another is going to cause hard feelings or make people feel like they aren’t as important as others.

I will add @Blizer is doing an awesome job.

It’s also far easier to pick in round 1. Everyone is eager and knows who they want. Picking late round 3 or 4 requires a lot more time and effort. So longer breaks makes sense to me.

Exactly my point.. just said more direct

Suggestion for next year. Post all 3 rounds if you plan to go that far. You had rd 3 picks in the list by owners and teams but only showed rds 1-2 in order. I didnt know who was picking in the picks right before my 71st pick so that might have been a reason i missed it. But the best idea i have seen is a time window for picks. Example

Picks 1-3 due by noon on 3/15.. picks 4-6 by 3pm on 3/15 etc. so pick can be called as soon as previous pick is made and draft can run faster but if say pick 15-17 isnt due till the next morning and that pick comes due early you wait till their time expires before making their pick for them.

It’s been 6 hours since the last pick. How long are we waiting?

Tomorrow if you scroll up 10 or 15 replies.

I will give the time needed for now, we are gonna slow down as stated. If he doenst pick in like… 24 hours then ill pick for him and continue on with the draft, but im willing to give the time needed.
