The good news? Yes, there's good news

Our path to the playoffs is now winning the division.

Which now seems very plausible, if not likely.

Green Bay has looked iffy all year, and Kraft being out is a major, major loss—Golden might be out, and Watson had a concussion.

I don’t trust anything Chicago is doing.

And I don’t think Minny was as good as they were today, nor are the Lions as bad as they were today.

The entire NFC North is a giant mid-off this season.

Good news would be Morten has been fired, and DC is taking over the play calling.

Yea the good news from today is the division is WIDE open right now. No real front runners. Hell the Lions are tied for 3rd place in our division currently (woof)

Whomstever comes out of the north will only get housed by either the Eagles or Rams in the playoffs… the only recent NFC teams with pedigree, receipts, trophies, track record, ad nausea.. Until otherwise proven, no other NFC team is serious, even the Lions.

I think lions might be ■■■■■■. If their oline is out with more players its not looking good

They absolutely need OL reinforcements

They wont win with current issues with the oline. Def isn’t good Enough to hold a team down

Ok, I know today sucked, but this isn’t true. We are second behind the Packers. We have the head to head over the Bears. Vikings are in last. If you don’t want to count the head to head because we play again, we’re tied for 2nd, not 3rd.

With the exception of La Porta, and maybe ARSB and Jamo, I don’t think anyone else can point a finger. Terrible all around.

What scares me most is the absolute beating Goff took. If we can’t run the ball our pass blocking has been below average all season. It’s only a matter of time before they get Goff hurt.

Even saint was dropping passes today. The entire team was just off. The silver lining is if they hold to pattern and win next week coming off this loss.

1/2 game out of first. Just like we were before the game. Except more Oline concerns going forward. And a new OC that doesn’t seem to be able tho scheme around it.

I’m far, far more concerned about Morton than I am the Lions record right now.

I agree with you, but the lions are iffy as well

Exactly what I was saying in the game thread… Absolutely gotta fix the run game in order to protect Goff.

Does a potential tie breaker with the Bears for 2nd/3rd in the division really make either of us feel better about where we’re at? Me either.

I’m concerned about both. The Lions are currently sneaking into the playoffs as the 7th seed. The Lions have a really difficult schedule as well… I know we all just sort of assume getting into the playoffs is a given - but it might not be. Division games are huge.

Morton is self explanatory for us both

You could say that about the entire nfl
