Smacks
Wait, no love for Alpha Bits?
I will say back in the day, like middle school/high school I used to have a bowl of wheaties with sliced banana on it (and a more than enough amount of sugar)
nope
Thatâs the only cereal grain I eat from time to time. Organic and thick cut.
Whatâs the matter with them Wolf?
I donât think anything is âWRONGâ with them, itâs just not all that good to me,so I stayed away from it by personal choice. shrug.
Alpen is good too, if you donât mind muesli out of a box.
No sugar added, but I will still eat the whole damn box if I donât put it away. Crunchy goodness and healthy fats in the almonds and hazelnuts.
Okay, well I donât eat sugary cereals anymore either. I was just wondering if maybe the alpha bits were spelling out bad words in your bowl.

out bad words in your bowl.
[/quote] lmao, no.
Just big foot?
Right on! In all seriousness, itâs really good for you, a great source of protein and fiber, it keeps you full, and if itâs too bland itâs easy to make taste better. Otherwise I quit eating cereal at least 20 years ago.
Itâs no count chocula, but hey canât be perfect ![]()
Completely forgot those existed.
I remember in the mid 80s a cereal that was called something like ice cream cone cereal, it was a bunch of little ice cream cones. I donât think they were around too long.
If ever presented with the opportunity, I would eat a spoonful of these just to see what they tasted like. For research.
I think kids would need to wear a helmet after eating those.
Agreed, and their parents would have to get in touch with this dude statâŚ
