Itās really hard not to love that guy
I love the man, I like his analysis, but man do I struggle with the āhumorā videos.
And itās not like I donāt think heās clever or funny. I appreciate those elements of his personality when heās Pack casting. I think it may be that the jerseys videos are very social media video style of format and I in general loathe that sh!t. But as they say, thereās no disputing taste.
Yeah, not my favorite entertainment format either, but he does it better than most. Heās just got a really intuitive read of the neuroses of the rest of the divisionās fanbases. Or maybe itās not intuitiveā¦ empathetic? He gets it, more or less. I do think this one was playing on the popularity of the Branch cut-out AND his own trials a little more specifically than most, but thatās fine. I hope we take his favorite guys again.

Itās more so my Ted Kaczynski (w/o the bombing of course) technology ruins everything bent. To me that style of video conveys social media dystopia in all of its grand malevolence. Annie Agarās videos as well. Sincere apologies to all of my den mates that want to ā ā ā ā her.
I like Grossiās stuff much better than hers, but I also think there are far more telling examples of social mediaās malevolence.

It is just not easy to be consistently humorous, stay āon brandā for your topic area, and constantly think up new stuff while also not being āstale.ā
As a casual viewer of funny stuff, I realize that most of the things that actually reach my eyeballs are the best of whatās available. Like, I donāt see 98% of the people/content trying to make comedy. I am generally seeing only the best folks on TV, in movies, etc.
So even when it doesnāt āhitā for me personally, I give the entertainers a lot of credit. Because itās really hard!

I donāt watch any of these YouTubers that much but really enjoy Grossi.
