Watched some highlights of O’Neill.. In the JMU stuff he reminded me quite a bit of Aaron Schobel for some reason. But I’m absolutely terrible at discerning how good FCS guys actually are. I guess Rutgers is paying him quite a bit which is typically a good sign. Good find. Looks pretty legit to me. In the JMU highlights he’s standing up in an Elephant position. Not sure if he’s more DPR or if the run defense meets our threshold.

I could see our FO loving both him and Caden Curry if they have decent seasons. They’re both just now starting for the first time as seniors.
I would rather us take Jackson between the two for the athletic upside. Dude could be a monster.

Won’t happen. He’s only in this draft if the production hits certain thresholds. If it does he’ll go higher than that.

I think he’s a redshirt jr. so he could come back next year if he wants to. I doubt he stays though.
Curry might be a senior. I don’t know off the top of my head.

ESPN lists Kenyatta as a senior, so I have no idea how he had another year of eligibility.
Curry’s five tackles for loss tie him with Chase Young (2019), Ryan Shazier (2013), John Simon (2012), Antonio Smith (2006), Andy Katzenmoyer (1996), Jayson Gwinn (1993) and Judah Herman (1991) for the Ohio State record. His 11 tackles have him tied for the second-highest among those performances on that list, trailing Shazier’s 16 tackles while tied with Smith.
