Which probably means he’s not the value that I perceived him to be. Someone terrific is going to fall quite a bit. Maybe it is Jacas. Jacas at 64 would be a total coup IMO.
There are NFL teams like the Seahawks that have arm length thresholds and they take players off their board if their arm length isn’t at least 33 inches.
31 inches would have to be considered a real issue for a player who lines up on the LOS. Off ball he might get away with short arms like that. I bet he falls down draft boards and off teams boards completely if 31” is true.
That would be a severe outlier length for sure. The only superstar DL with sub-32 inch arms is Micah, and his are 31.5. Below 31 is just really, really short. He makes up for it with his motor and incredible pop in his upper body, but I don’t know that will fly when OL with 35 inch arms latch onto him.
That used to be their way, but has changed for them since over the past 5 years or so. Boye Mafe’s arms are only 32.5 inches. Byron Murphy’s are shorter than that.
