Okay. I have only seen Bigfoot in supermarket tabloid photos or internet memes. I have never met the guy, though.

I saw something that I can’t describe as anything else. I thought it was a bear crouched down in the road, but then, it stood up and ran to the edge of the woods in two steps, where it stood and watched us go by.
It was huge, hairy, and bipedal. Too big to be a bear or ape.
My passenger was silent for at least a minute before he said, “okay, what the hell did I just see?” We both agreed on what it looked like, and, what it must have been.
Guess where? M65 between Glennie and Curran.
A year later, the Big Foot team was doing an investigation in Glennie, and, I had nothing to do with it. Neither of us ever reported it.

Let me just say that I have no first hand knowledge. Nor do I know anyone that has had an encounter.
But I would like to suggest that Wolverines exist. And have been sighted in the Thumb. But I do not think there are pictures nor has one been captured. And this is a somewhat dumb animal.
Bigfoot is 100% in my opinion a possible creature that exists in the world.
To double down on this topic. There are tons of animals and fish that are discovered that no one knew existed or had thought were extinct. So Bigfoot very possibly to exist. And just because we do not have one in a cage does not mean it does not exist.

A gazillion Bigfoot sightings over the years yet not one solid piece of evidence has ever been produced.
No Bigfoot bodies, no bigfoot hair, no Bigfoot dung…nothing. If they were real we would have had some of those things by now.
Bigfoot is not real.

I have to believe that where there’s smoke possibly there’s fire. It’s not just the sightings in our popular culture that stretch back now you know 70 years whatever but as I understand there’s plenty of lore from Native American tribes. Now this lore may not be terribly fresh from a recency standpoint and I get it that lore also includes things like Thunderbirds and wendigos and reason for trying to parse the mythological from the actual.
I think the other side has a pretty valid point that we are just plain lacking evidence at this point with further and further encroachment upon territory incredibly upgraded technology and the fact that everybody’s got a camera on them 24/7 for the last 15 to 20 years and we got nothing. That seems a little unlikely.
I’m going to say that this is to me unresolved.

All jokes aside that’s how I feel… Who knows? Maybe they existed at some point and are gone now. As @Spartansd said there are animals and fish that are discovered that no one knew existed or had thought were extinct.

It is interesting that you bring this up with a recent report in Monroe of an alleged Bigfoot sighting.

There are years of sightings, footprints, grainy videos, and other testimonies for those that believe. There has never been definitive proof for those that do not.

Apparently there is a purported case where menstruating woman in a Indian village where kept in a separate tent on the edge of town.
To keep bears away or something.
Anyway, there is a legends that some bigfeet came along and snatched some of the women, and eventually a battle ensued.

1% say maybe.
The evidence is sketchy—blurry photos, footprints.
No body. No bones. Nothing solid.
Big Biology’s probably covering it up. Funded by the elites. Obviously.
But maybe there’s a reason for all that.
Maybe he doesn’t come around much anymore.
Maybe the woods got too thin.
Maybe the rivers got too warm.
Maybe the quiet places aren’t so quiet now.
Still… best to ignore the scientists.

Whether real or not… What happens when AI and CGI can create deep fake videos of aliens, bigfoot, dragons etc to fool everyone? Is it real? Are we being deceived? How would we know? This ties into the AI thread we got going.
In summary… It’s time to start a farm and go full Amish!
