Not opposed to that. The challenge for baseball is what do you do in a sport where the top team revenue-wise makes a half billion dollars more than the bottom team. In the NFL 66% of a teams revenue comes from National revenue split evenly among teams. For baseball it’s 26%. Where Detroit stands revenue wise doesn’t make me feel better about the Tigers spending a lot in the future.

Excellent point.
Look at the recent tv deals taking a nosedive for a lot of teams including Detroit.
