**Thursday Night Football - Browns v Steelers**

Anyone else watching this?

I’m watching the box score to see if Freddie Kitchens should start packing or not.

Otherwise, its Avs vs. Oilers until Sharks vs. Ducks comes on.

I hurt myself sleeping again, so I have to hobble around the house. At least it’s a decent sports night to have to be parked somewhere.

Man I feel old … :older_man:

Baker Mayfield must already be “Brownized.” He threw a TD and they threw a flag. His first thought was clearly that it was going to be on the Browns…because…it always is.

But he was an asshole well before he came into the league, @Snags

This place is like a box of chocolates.

By the way, the fat kid needed to fall on the loose ball, not try to scoop and score.

AFC is pretty awful, this year. They are so bad it’s helping the decent teams coast. The good teams should be healthy and rested for playoffs.

I might just be tired, but I literally laughed at them being"rested".

Not all of my jokes are funny, so I always appreciate it when someone laughs.

Here come the refs. Good job in proving the NFL is a complete joke and we all can predict how games are going to be called.

The reaction of Baker Mayfield vs the reaction of Mason Rudolph tells it all in how the NFL is…especially when it comes to a bottom franchise like Cleveland and a favored franchise like Pittsburgh.

Baker throws a TD to a WIDE open receiver on a play where a clear penalty flag was thrown on the Steelers. Baker is upset like it was called on them, because that’s what he’s used to every time something good happens for his team. Then they finally say its on the Steelers, and he finally celebrates the TD. Fast forward and a sketchy flag was thrown on the Browns. It could literally be on either team, nothing is obvious. Mason Rudolph confidently marches forward knowing its on the Browns, even though there is zero chance he saw the actual penalty committed. He just knows.

I certainly hope the Browns have saved some money plays in the tank. They are going to need to aggressively put the Steelers away. They can’t count on just going back and forth because the Steelers are going to get the favor of the calls.

I hope for their sake it doesn’t come down to needing a field goal for the win

I can’t tell if Buck and Troy are in on the sham or if they are just trying to make sure their commentary matches up with what’s going to get called on the field…because they know they are calling a game of favored franchise vs chitted on franchise.

Either way, one has to be true. Because you can’t tell me they are just calling the game like they see it as if two “normal” teams are playing. They’ve clearly recalculated their commentary. And this comes from probably the biggest Troy fan on here.

I’m definitely interested in seeing how this game ends. Will the refs suddenly turn coat and leave with a bit of dignity, or will they triple down on the calls.

The Steelers only have 1 scoring drive. It wasn’t “ref aided.” It was “ref orchestrated.”

I wonder if the refs feel as deflated when they’re undermined by the team as the team has when they’re undermined by the officials.

The Browns have more player talent…it is what it is. The Browns dominated this football game…it is what is is. The commentary from Joe and Troy? “The Browns managed to not make the critical mistake.”

I respect the hell out of Troy. But after this game I’m more convinced than ever that the league is rigged.
