Tigers @ Indians Sept 23 - Sept 25

They should just cut him.

I don’t even necessarily blame Harris. I think this is from higher up. Yzerman/Avila are/were hamstrung in much the same way.

Yea, with your responses you are probably right.
Arguing for a front office that spent millions, set the team back a decade in talent and front office skills and with all of that HOF talent on the roster won absolutely nothing at the end of the day.

yea, you probably shouldn’t spend the time.

Nah, but I’d consider testing the waters and possibly trading him …but if not, and if he’s still at the top of league in K’s after the first 8 weeks next season, he’s dropping to 7-9 hole, unless he has a .900 OPS and on track for 50 HR’s :man_shrugging:

I wonder how long you’re going to defend him for? He’s supposed to be the “best” player on this team, but he wouldnt even sniff the top 5 of a lineup for most contenders, including the team that jail sexed the Tigers again today

I distinguish a difference between failing while actually trying, and failing while making little to no effort. We got much more production than anyone could have ever expected with this roster and squandered it at the trade deadline.

I’d also argue that our farm system was set back by trading away our players for next to nothing.

Not me. I built a royal level dog potty zone on my deck today and Im bushed. Don’t need any other energy sucked outta me.

I spent today trading Mike Evans, RJ Harvey, Keenan Allen, Travis Kelce, and David Njoku for Ashton Jeanty, Brock Bowers, and Trey Benson in fantasy.

I’m actually the best trader in the history of fantasy football.

My team (12 man league):

Justin Herbert - trade
Nico Collins - trade
Marvin Harrison Jr
Derrick Henry
Ashton Jeanty - trade
Brock Bowers - trade
Omarion Hampton - trade
Trey Benson - trade

With Rashee Rice on the bench just waiting for his opportunity.

Or run over a turtle

Im looking to trade for Jeanty in my leagues too.

They gonna have to feed him soon or lose their jobs.

There is no salary cap in baseball. But the issue is no one wants to play in Detroit. Trades are going to have to happen at some point. AA BUILD the farm system up . Harris just seems like the same kids book you read to your kid every night. Its boring and the same thing every day and year.

Zoom up that fine shimmery mahogany deck stain in the back corner.

Pittie needs ACL surgery so, no stairs for him…and I have a split level so….

That’s gorgeous Dude.

Well done.

Nothing quite captures the gung ho enthusiasm of the 2025 Tigers as this turtle GIF.

Its sad seeing them on road and killed. Kinda like tigers but ■■■■ them

I built that team with this as my starting point:

Justin Fields
Marvin Harrison Jr
Mike Evans
Henry
JT
Kelce
Aaron Jones
Jauan Jennings
Rashee

Last year, I turned this:

Mahomes
Hill
Devonta Smith
Raheem Mostert
Brian Robinson
Kelce (who was trash)
Malik Nabers
Tank Dell

Into this:

Burrow
Amon-Ra
Hill
Jacobs
Cook
Jonnu Smith / LaPorta
David Montgomery
DJ Moore

I’m actually the greatest there is.

The Tigers went skydiving without a parachute. Fun until you get to the end.

I’m not high on him. That offensive line is shit, Geno Smith is more of a liability so teams can focus on Jeanty. Plus he might’ve just looked good because Boise state competition. He’s not looked good so far and I don’t see any reason for that to change soon. Plus, if he doesn’t start pass protecting a little better, his ass is going to be on the pine, at least in passing situations. But that still takes him out of the lineup.. Teams don’t put up with that shit. Hell they have $75 million invested in Geno. But maybe you guys are right. We’ll see.

When the Tigers complete the choke. Who wants to edit a copy of Kingpin and replace “Munsoned” with a voice-over “Tigered”?

Image of I hope he doesn't get Munsoned out in the middle of nowhere.

MHJ has earned himself a place on my bench. I don’t blame him completely, because Kyler Murray is terrible. But you can tell he is not having any fun. I can only imagine how many times he’s been wide open and Kyler can’t see past the kneecaps of the offensive lineman. As long as that guy’s the quarterback they will never win.
