The options for a legit lockdown closer are a lot more bare this year than they were last year. While I absolutely would not have given up what it would’ve cost to get Mason Miller last year…he was technically available. I would have given up what it would’ve cost to get Jhoan Duran. Clase was thought to be available before his gambling scheme became public info. I wanted Felix Bautista before he needed tommy john in either June or July.
This year I have absolutely no idea who we could go get.
A lot can happen between now and end of July - 12 weeks to go.

Watching the game at lunch. Havent seen Truist Park on TV before. Outfield looks huuuge from the camera angles…
It feels the biggest of any of the seven major league parks I’ve been to, and I’m not sure it’s particularly close. When you sit in the outfield the stands behind the plate and along the sides look massive.
They should hire you to negotiate the trade.
