Framber and Flaherty need to keep the ball down. Cubs Bullpen is all banged up up and down the line and we should score runs off of a just barely healthy enough to pitch guy, a punching bag and a sneaky journeyman 5th/6th starter

Soler looks pretty cooked. 103 strikeouts in 77 games. Barely batting .200
I don’t think he helps.
I think the clock has finally struck midnight both for him and his separated at Birth twin Marcell Ozuna.
They really need Torres to get healthy and add a centerfielder that can hit. And a bullpen leverage arm

I don’t think people are going to like this too much but we as fans and hopefully the Tigers as a team have to come to a realization that Carpenter is just basically an updated version of Rupert Jones. Who?

I may quibble a little, but see your point.
Kerry has always had a pretty decent batting average. That sure has fallen off this year. One thing with Kerry is it seems every time he gets hot and really starts mashing, then he gets hurt again.

Sometimes I think these hitters just have too much information. It’s like information overload. You see them in the dugout looking at the ipads, shaking their heads in disgust after a bad at bat.
What they really need is a mid game beer and a short memory!

They have to play like that for the rest of the year. And have 6 other teams to fall apart to have a CHANCE to make the wildcard. They might win that round then get BLASTED. Sorry sell Skubal now

Run differential says we have been very unlucky. I wouldn’t be completely shocked if we made the playoffs but I expect to miss.
